WHAT ARE ESL, FSL and LINC? 
All provide free training in English as a Second Language, French as a Second Language or Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada

  • ESL and FSL are funded by the Government of Ontario (for Canadian citizens, refugee claimants and live-in caregivers with a work permit)
  • LINC is funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (for Convention Refugees and holders of a Permanent Resident Card)
