Description (Service) Free, confidential access to registered nurses trained to help people decide about appropriate options for care * does not provide a diagnosis or provide medication nor does it replace the need for regular medical check-ups * in a medical emergency call 911 immediately

Chat online: Live chat tool allows you to send our staff an instant message and receive back health information and advice on a broad range of topics * chatting with a Health Care Navigator or Registered Nurse is an online alternative to calling 811 * topics include:
  • illness or injury
  • smoking cessation support
  • teen health and issues
  • breastfeeding support
  • refugee health support

Medical library: Medical library with common conditions, symptoms, treatments and prevention
