Description and Service Details

Description (Service)	Professional Standards manages public compliments and complaints related to the conduct of HRPS members and the policies or services of the Halton Regional Police Service. accepts compliments about HRPS members by email handles complaints involving officer conduct or HRPS policies and services encourages individuals with conduct concerns to speak with a supervisor at any HRPS station accepts formal complaints submitted to Professional Standards or through the Law Enforcement Complaints Agency (LECA) directs policy and service complaints to the Inspector General of Policing

Application	compliments can be emailed to profstd@haltonpolice.ca formal complaints may be submitted to Professional Standards or made through LECA individuals may also attend any HRPS station to resolve concerns with a supervisor
