Description (Service)	Collision Reporting Centres provide a location for drivers to report eligible motor vehicle collisions that do not require police attendance. accepts collision reports where damage exceeds $5,000, no injuries occurred, and none of the police‑attendance exceptions apply provides support to complete collision report forms required under the Highway Traffic Act allows drivers to begin their collision report online before attending in person requires drivers to bring their vehicle, driver’s licence, ownership, and insurance to the CRC (vehicle must be brought during business hours) requires drivers to attend the CRC in the municipality where the collision occurred Locations and operating hours Halton West Burlington - 30 Division Lobby 3800 Constable Henshaw Blvd 905-331-0233 Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am-8 pm, Sat-Sun 10 am-6 pm Halton North Milton - 12 Division Lobby 490 Childs Dr 905-636-3100 Hours: Mon-Fri 10 am-6 pm, Sat 10 am-4 pm Halton South Oakville - 20 Division Lobby 95 Oak Walk Dr 905-825-4640 Hours: Mon-Fri 10 am-6 pm For more information on the Collision Reporting Centres, visit Accident Support Services
