A complete fitness, recreation and cultural facility: 
Fitness Centre: 
certified instructors and trainers * weight training equipment * free weights * cardio equipment * treadmills * elliptical trainers * stairmasters * cycles * rowers * squash courts * outdoor tennis courts * instructional classes * fitness programs  
* Oakville Gymnastics is also part of the centre 
* wheelchair accessible * leisure pool/water slide * conversation pool * sauna in pool area * public swimming * lessons * Pool Party packages 
Glen Abbey Branch library 
* designated as a local cooling centre during times of extreme heat and a warming centre during times of extreme cold
Hours Hours vary with season * call or check website for hours of operation, lessons, recreational ice skating and recreational swim times

Eligibility Fitness Centre: 14+ years of age 
* patrons under 6 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or designate, at least 14 years of age and within arms reach at all times 
Swimming alone:  
* 7-9 years of age who pass the facility swim test, meet height requirements and additional requirements posted at pool * 10+ years of age may enter the pool area unsupervised 
* swimming with a buddy is strongly recommended
