Description (Service)	Hoarding Support an evidence-based program specifically designed to address harmful hoarding behaviours that significantly impact individuals’ living conditions, quality of life, tenancy stability, and overall health mobile and streamlined intake assessments a structured, 16-week, one-to-one Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)-based hoarding intervention Buried in Treasures Support Group a 15-week hybrid (in person and/or online) program designed for individuals struggling with hoarding behaviors ideal for individuals ready to take the first step towards a less cluttered, more manageable living environment with the guidance of a structured, supportive group

Eligibility	Hoarding Support Halton resident Low-income households Pre-existing case management or some pre-existing community supports Buried in Treasures Support Group individuals struggling with hoarding behaviors and ready to take the first step towards a less cluttered, more manageable living environment
Application	Hoarding Support - Referrals can be submitted through website and completed by: Community Housing Providers Halton Region (HSF, HCHC etc.) Emergency Services (Fire, Police, EMS) Community Agencies (CMHA, CAS, Healthcare Services etc.) Self-Referrals accepted application form available online Buried in Treasures Support Group - contact hoarding@wesley.ca for information on next group session
