The Milton Mall Service Counter provides the following in person services:

• driver's licenses
• vehicle permits, plates and stickers
• accessible parking permit
• driver and vehicle records

Special Note: 

• You cannot get health card services at this location if you have a Temporary Resident Permit or Work Permit that says valid until or issued until a specific date

• Land Registration services including self-service options will only be accessible online. Please visit the ONLAND application for information on completing your transaction
