Description (Service)	Ontario Health atHome offers the Total Contact Cast at no cost to eligible patients with diabetic foot ulcers used to treat patients suffering from diabetic foot ulcers and Charcot Neuroarthropathy promotes healing by minimizing pressure and shear at wound site eligible patients (assessed by Ontario Health atHome Coordinator) may receive the services at one of the community nursing clinics within the Mississauga Halton region
