Learn more here. ------------------------------------- One of three long-term care homes owned and operated by the Region of Halton, Creek Way Village is a three storey facility located off Appleby Line in a residential community. Creek Way offers 24 hour nursing and medical care to 144 individuals with varying disabilities including cognitive impairment. A private childcare centre is situated at Creek Way Village, which adds to the village-like feel of the facility and provides an excellent opportunity for inter-generational programs. |
