Description and Service Details

Description (Service)	Ontario Health atHome offers the Total Contact Cast at <u>no cost</u> to eligible patients with diabetic foot ulcers * used to treat patients suffering from diabetic foot ulcers and Charcot Neuroarthropathy * promotes healing by minimizing pressure and shear at wound site * eligible patients (assessed by Ontario Health atHome Coordinator) may receive the services at one of the community nursing clinics within the Mississauga Halton region
