Description (Service)	Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities Benefit (ACSD) financial assistance for families who have children with severe physical and developmental disabilities monthly amount based on severity of disability, family income and special costs incurred application instructions and form available online Special Services at Home (SSAH) financial assistance for the purchase of in-home supports for children with physical and developmental disabilities, and for adults with developmental disabilities application instructions and form available online Enhanced Respite for Medically Fragile and/or Technology Dependent Children Program financial assistance to purchase supports, including relief from child's day-to-day care, including in-home and out-of-home respite visit website for details
