Seniors' Program
  • drop-in for seniors from the African Canadian community, services are provided in a culturally and language appropriate manner
  • information sessions, recreation, intergenerational programs, cook-outs, supportive counselling with referrals, socializing, assistance filling government forms, accompaniment and friendly visiting
Women and Families
  • informal group, individual and family counselling
