Description (Service)	Community Residential Facility: case management and correctional planning in a supportive living environment for men transitioning from federal correctional facilities New Leaf Program: housing, supports, and stabilization for adult men coming off the streets or overcoming situations of homelessness due to acute mental illness and substance abuse Graduate Program: supportive housing program for clients who have successfully transitioned from either the New Leaf or Community Residential Facility program to eventually live independandtl Other programs and services available on-site include recreation and leisure programming health education and counselling support emotion management and financial literacy employment readiness, skill building, and financial literacy addiction programming for clients dealing with substance abuse, misuse or dependency issues medical and psychiatric supports medication access for clients living with physical and mental health issues and in need of assistance managing medications Facility is staffed 24/7
