Description (Service)

Community Residential Facility: case management and correctional planning in a supportive living environment for men transitioning from federal correctional facilities

New Leaf Program: housing, supports, and stabilization for adult men coming off the streets or overcoming situations of homelessness due to acute mental illness and substance abuse

Graduate Program: supportive housing program for clients who have successfully transitioned from either the New Leaf or Community Residential Facility program to eventually live independandtl

Other programs and services available on-site include

  • recreation and leisure programming
  • health education and counselling support
  • emotion management and financial literacy
  • employment readiness, skill building, and financial literacy
  • addiction programming for clients dealing with substance abuse, misuse or dependency issues
  • medical and psychiatric supports
  • medication access for clients living with physical and mental health issues and in need of assistance managing medications

Eligibility Adult male federal parolees or adult males with a history of homelessness, mental illness, or substance abuse

Community Residential Facility Program: referral by Correctional Services of Canada or self-referral while in CSC facility

Drop-in clients are not accepted
Languages translation services available
Fees Residential services: rent-geared-to-income

Fees for federal parolees is administered by Correctional Services Canada
