Description (Service)	Health and Wellness -- workshops and group sessions on healthy eating and physical activity Mental Health and Wellness -- for members of the African/Black community who are experiencing or are at risk of experiencing mental health challenges mental health awareness and destigmatization through public education supportive counselling information and referral practical support and advocacy in accessing services
Hours	Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm
Areas Served	Etobicoke Central ; Etobicoke North ; Etobicoke South ; Halton Region ; Peel Region ; Vaughan
Eligibility	Open to all newcomers, immigrants and their families; focus on African or Black Canadian communities
