Description (Service) Programs to honour and support Canada's ill and injured Canadian Armed Forces members, Veterans, First Responders and their families

Animal Assisted Therapy for PTSD
  • PTSD Service Dog Program
  • Couples Based PTSD Equine Therapy
First Responders Assist Program
  • virtual and in-person (through partnership with Ontario Shores)
  • prevention and treatment services in the form of individual and couples-based trauma therapy, immediate crisis support, resiliency training, and cognitive behavioural and processing therapies
Group Therapy: Individuals and Couples
  • Trauma Resiliency Program
  • COPE (Couples Overcoming PTSD Everyday)
Resiliency Training and Respite Care
  • BOS (Before Operational Stress) Program
  • Tribute to Your Service Events
Warrior Kids Virtual Program
  • support up to fifteen kids divided into age groups ranging from 9-12 years and 13-16years
  • clinically facilitated, one hour sessions for six weeks to support the development of healthy peer connections and normalize their experiences around a parental mental health injury
