Description and Service Details

Description (Service)

Mental health services including clinical support for individuals, couples and their families, affected by illness or injury due to service in Canadian Armed Forces and first responder professions; some programs in partnership with other veteran, first responder and mental health community agencies

Animal Assisted Therapy

  • Operational Stress Intervention (OSI) and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Service Dog Program
  • Couples Based Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Equine Therapy


First Responders Assist Program

Prevention and treatment services, including individual and couples trauma-based therapy, immediate crisis support, resiliency training, and cognitive behavioural and processing therapies

Warrior Kids Program
Clinically facilitated, one hour sessions for six weeks supporting development of healthy peer connections and normalizing experiences related to a parental mental health injury

  • access to Prince's Operation Entrepreneur Program (POE)
  • VTECS Program (Veteran Trainers to Eradicate the use of Child Soldiers)
