Description (Service) | Programs to honour and support Canada's ill and injured Canadian Armed Forces members, Veterans, First Responders and their families Animal Assisted Therapy for PTSD * PTSD Service Dog Program * Couples Based PTSD Equine Therapy First Responders Assist Program Virtual and in-person (through partnership with Ontario Shores) prevention and treatment services in the form of individual and couples-based trauma therapy, immediate crisis support, resiliency training, and cognitive behavioural and processing therapies Group Therapy: Individuals & Couples * Trauma Resiliency Program * COPE (Couples Overcoming PTSD Everyday) Resiliency Training & Respite Care * BOS (Before Operational Stress) Program * Tribute to Your Service Events Warrior Kids Virtual Program Support up to 15 kids divided into age groups ranging from 9-12yrs and 13-16yrs * clinically facilitated, one hour sessions for six weeks to support the development of healthy peer connections and normalize their experiences around a parental mental health injury Research & Education * Post Secondary Scholarship * Doctoral Scholarship Skills Transition * Prince's Operation * VTECS Program (Veteran Trainers to Eradicate the use of Child Soldiers) |
