Description (Service) | Created to help the communities in Halton develop the tools and programs needed to support newcomers * working to ensure Halton region is a welcoming, inclusive and supportive community in which newcomers can participate and prosper Objectives: * improve access to and coordination of settlement services * improve labour market outcomes for newcomers * strengthen regional awareness and capacity to successfully integrate newcomers Welcome to Halton Immigration portal intended to improve newcomer access to municipal services, promote the municipality as a destination for newcomers, and improve settlement and employment outcomes * Arriving, Living, Working, Schooling * Online Events Calendar |
