Description (Service)	Created to help the communities in Halton develop the tools and programs needed to support newcomers working to ensure Halton region is a welcoming, inclusive and supportive community in which newcomers can participate and prosper Objectives: improve access to and coordination of settlement services improve labour market outcomes for newcomers strengthen regional awareness and capacity to successfully integrate newcomers
