A loose leaf pick-up service, provided leaves are put out in accordance with the rules and regulations and at the times designated for their zone

• spring service is offered only when the fall program is interrupted by the early onset of winter weather
• when the fall program is delivered successfully with no weather event impacts, the spring program is not required
