Description (Service) | A citizen advisory committee that advises and assists the Region with respect to the management and conservation of Halton's natural environment * committee’s work includes advising staff on the Region’s policies from a perspective of responsible environmental stewardship and forest management, as related to the Region’s Natural Heritage System * members have an interest in the environment and technical expertise in one or more related fields * issues are referred to NHAC through Planning staff |
