Description (Service)	Staffed by lawyers and paralegals, SHAPE aims to increase awareness, reduce workplace sexual harassment, and help workers understand their rights and options Free, confidential summary legal advice for workers experiencing workplace sexual harassment Public legal education for workers, employers, and community stakeholders Training and resources for employers on legal responsibilities and creating healthier, safer workplaces Support with understanding rights under Ontario laws including the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Employment Standards Act, and Ontario Human Rights Code Cross-referrals to local community legal clinics as needed
