| Description (Service) |
A program that provides free monthly grocery deliveries to the homes of Ontario Works recipients in the Halton Region
- recipients receive a package once per month including a box of assorted fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as a choice of protein

- recipients of the HFC program must be present to accept their delivery, or make arrangements with another member of their household to be present

- Registrations are taken to the end of each month, for deliveries the following month
- Once registration is completed initially, it rolls over without further action required by the client
