Description (Service)

Provides quick access to a single one-hour therapeutic conversation that focuses on immediate issues

  • assists children and their families for a range of reasons including anxiety, depression, gender identity, sexual orientation, relationship issues, and grief
  • provides support and guidance, a plan of action, and resources
  • can call more than once

Access Line Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm  
Virtual Clinic (single sessions) Mon-Fri 9 am–4:30 pm (later appointments can be accommodated)

Eligibility Ages: 17 year(s) and under

Families with children from birth to 17 years of age

  • youth 12 years and older can call on their own and/or with support people

Admission for service is prior to the youth's 18th birthday
