Description (Service)

HSS organizes a variety of community service and outreach activities, including:

  • Annual Diwali Food Drives supporting local food banks
  • Park and street cleanups on Earth Day in partnership with town initiatives
  • Tree planting and environmental programs in association with the Halton Environment Network (HEN)
  • International Day of Yoga celebrations open to all community members
  • Spiritual, cultural, and youth leadership camps fostering teamwork and mindfulness
  • Voluntary service (Seva) in collaboration with other charitable organizations, such as Amma Ashram in Milton, etc.

Through these initiatives, HSS continues to promote the spirit of service, harmony, and active citizenship, contributing to the region’s diverse and inclusive community life.
