Description (Service)	indoor competitive volleyball teams for boys and girls from 12-18 years old (runs Sep-May) participate in tournaments throughout the province member of the Ontario Volleyball Association Development Program (Oakville Lightning) for ages 8-12 years (no previous experience required) Beach Volleyball Training Program
Hours	practices at schools and facilities throughout Oakville competitive teams are 2-3x/week + Strength Training Development program is 1x/week contact for specific times
