Description (Service)	By-laws ensure a safe, quiet and pleasant environment for the residents of Milton Services include: By-law enforcement enforcement officers investigate concerns including noise complaints, property standards issues, littering/dumping, fences, portable signs, parking control and animal services To make an inquiry or complaint: fill out online form in person at the By-law office at Town Hall West, Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm by calling 905-878-7252, Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm Animal Control If you have concerns regarding animal services by-laws visit Animal Services Parking Control and Tickets Email or call 905-878-7252 ext 2530 if you have questions about your parking ticket or penalty notice If you have concerns regarding parking control by-laws visit Parking Parking tickets can be paid in-person at Town Hall or online if immediate assistance is needed outside of business hours, contact the Halton Regional Police Service at 905-878-5511 note that the Halton Regional Police Service responds to calls on a priority basis and response times for by-law related concerns may be delayed
