A local service club chartered by Optimist International. Motto is "Friend of Youth".

Goal is to conduct positive service projects aimed at providing a helping hand to youth while not ignoring other areas of community

• projects include donating over $100,000 towards the construction of Milton Leisure Centre
• donating more than $50,000 to Milton District Hospital, for programs and equipment related to infant and children
• donating $10,000 to Food for Thought breakfast program for Milton schools
• involved in sponsoring or running other youth-related events yearly in the community 
• Fishing Derby for youth and adults with disabilities
• soccer skills competition for young soccer players 
• supplying, free of charge, Strawberry Fair (major fundraiser of Milton District Hospital Volunteers) breakfast
• Host the Sunday Night Car Cruise at Milton Go Station over the summer
• fundraising events including Yule Log Draw, TV Bingo, Comedy Night, Camel Race
