Empower caregivers by providing therapeutic, skill-building, and evidence-based interventions that will result in positive mental health outcomes

Focus on designing culturally anchored programs to help Muslim families overcome stress, enhance resilience, foster strong communities, and build healthy relationships

  • Mindfulness Meditation Fundamentals is a free 8-week program for Muslim caregivers to learn mindfulness, reflective and practical exercises that share basic principles with Islamic coping strategies
  • Holding and Healing Space is a free 8-week program for Muslim mothers to build connections and manage chronic stress and anxiety
  • Post Partum Support Group is a free 8 week program for Muslim mothers to provide a supportive community for postpartum mothers, focusing on promotion self-care, safe spaces and mental well-being
