  • appointments required for 1 pm-3:20 pm and 3:30 pm-6 pm is walk-in only

Follow these steps to register and make an appointment:

  1. Click on this link to register and create a NEW online Food for Life account. 
  2. You will need to come into the market to verify your account. You will not be able to book an appointment until your account is verified, please do this between the hours of 3:30 pm-6 pm on Wednesdays.
  3. Download the new Food for Life App and start booking your appointments
