Description and Service Details

Description (Service)	Food for Life Program outreach program provides people in need with direct access to fresh food within their neighborhood application required, bring one piece of ID showing name and current address to activate your membership. Activation can take up to 7 days, once verified, you’ll receive your Food for Life membership number, which is unique to you and will be used for all future visits 2 grocery bags per family at the Connect Centre, 121 Chisholm Drive
