Description (Service)

Online social and recreational service that provides online therapeutic activities for vulnerable and isolated older adults, and individuals living with cognitive, physical disabilities

  • virtual recreational programs to seniors in the Central Region over the phone and online
  • programs include physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and social activities
  • activities can be selected by participants based on their preferences 
  • live entertainment and educational sessions for caregivers and participants 
  • caregivers and clients can access afterhours resources and activities online through private members section of the website

Eligibility Individuals who live at home, an assisted living facility or independent living facility Are experiencing social isolation. Experience challenges in activities of daily living. Would benefit from Therapeutic Recreation programming. Are living with physical or cognitive disability, illness or condition that affects functional ability, requiring support.
