Description and Service Details
Description (Service) One of eleven stroke networks in the province of Ontario. The goal of the network is to decrease the incidence of stroke, improve patient access, care and outcomes by promoting system change and providing professional education * provides education and community resources for persons with stroke and educational materials (e-learning) for professionals
