Description and Service Details

Description (Service) Offers self-help and psychological support group for ostomates * major services include:
  • visiting post-operative patients
  • distributing of ostomy literature to interested parties
  • books, brochures, resources and extended guides on a variety of ostomy related topics
  • communicate with healthcare providers such as hospitals, surgeons, and ETs about the needs of people living with an ostomy
  • support group newsletter (10 issues per year)
Hours Meets last Tue of each month at 7:30 pm, except July and August * check newsletter for December and June meeting dates
