• accommodation and utilities

• special diets whenever possible (accommodated per dietitian)

• weekly light housekeeping and weekly personal laundry
• annual flu shot clinic (flu shot is mandatory)
• monthly monitoring of weights and blood pressure
• coordination of doctors and specialists

• transportation for organized activities
