						Provides social and recreational activities in a safe, stimulating and encouraging environment * the programs provide assistance with maintaining the highest possible degree of independence and enhanced quality of life * volunteer opportunities available
  Programs and services: 
- adult day services for clients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia and/or other cognitive impairments (Circle of Friends)
 
- adult day services for clients with physical disabilities, mild cognitive impairments and/or frail health (The Gathering Place)
 
- recreation centre for older adults
 
- daily specialized exercise programs including falls prevention program (offered by Lifemark)
 
- restorative care (therapeutic programs designed to help clients achieve maximum functioning and maintain independence including on to one exercise)
 
- one-to-one programs for clients with aphasia
 
- dental hygiene services (DirectSmiles)
 
- bathing services for adults with cognitive impairments, physical disabilities and/or frail health (offered in partnership with Peel Senior Link)
 
- educational sessions provided by professionals in various fields to enhance knowledge of illness, medications, and other topics such as fraud and home safety
 
- monthly caregiver info session
 
- specialized programs for adults with moderate to severe dementia
