| Description (Service) |
Provides access to Diagnostic Assessment Programs (DAPs), Consultation Clinics, Specialized Systemic Therapy Treatments such as radiation therapy, medical oncology and spiritual care, Pre/Post Consultation and palliative care * care team includes hematologist, medical oncologist, radiation oncologist, palliative care physician, nurse practitioners, oncology and clinical resource nurses, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, registered dietitians, social workers, spiritual care, volunteers, and other support staff * if patients require services at the Regional Cancer Centre, OTMH Cancer Care Clinic will coordinate the referral to the most appropriate centre
