| Description (Service) |
- authorizes the permit holder to park vehicle in a designated accessible parking space
- permit must be displayed on the dashboard or sun visor
- may be used in any vehicle in which the permit holder is travelling
- non-renewable, short term disability permits, traveler's permits and permits for commercial or non-profit organizations also available
