| Description (Service) | A phone support line for parents/caregivers of loved ones struggling with substance use issues. When an individual calls the line, they will be connected to a volunteer with lived experience trained in Community Reinforcement Family Training (CRAFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), who understands those who have loved ones struggling with substance use and are looking for support.
