Description (Service)	Programs, information, resources and educational webinars for caregivers supporting family members, friends, and neighbours online support groups for caregivers of all ages 1:1 peer support; caregivers matched with a mentor for up to 6 months Helpline for caregiver information, assessment and referral to connect people to community services SCALE Program (Supporting Caregiver Awareness, Learning and Empowerment) information for caregivers to focus on their mental health and well-being online group coaching and/or individual counselling session recordings available online 1:1 Caregiver Coaching Program up to 6 support sessions to work through caregiving challenges phone or virtual options limited, eligibility-bases service, visit website for information Young Caregivers Connect website offering information and support for caregivers 15-25 Resource Centre, webinars, E-Learning, podcasts and newsletters
