Description and Service Details

Description (Service) Ethnoracial mental health centre, including individual and community support, case management, support groups and peer support, family support, drop-in, psychosocial rehabilitation, life skills development, community kitchen, and psychiatric consultation
  • consumer/survivor initiatives to address economic and social barriers, such as employment preparation, computer training, and literacy and ESL classes
  • leadership and advocacy training
  • peer-led addictions wellness and harm reduction group
  • alternative models of support and services, including art and music therapy
  • community outreach, including anti-racism education and training in mental health

2SLGBTQ + Case Management
For members of racialized communities, includes trauma-informed counselling, drop in programs, outreach and harm reduction in anti-racism, anti-oppression framework

Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-8 pm, Sat 10 am-6 pm; programs vary, contact for information

Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up Persons 16 years and older from racialized communities, with severe mental health challenges and substance abuse, including individuals who identify as consumers/survivors and/or QTBIPOC (Queer and Trans Black, Indigenous, and Persons of Colour), and immigrants and refugees

Residency Requirements: Greater Toronto Are
