Get Job Ready Youth employment program

3-day employment readiness training workshop to develop the following skills:

  • job search skills
  • resume writing
  • job interview preparation
  • networking strategies
  • financial literacy
  • leveraging social media


Licensed to Learn(L2L)

  • Academic support and educational opportunities through participating schools and community groups, call for information
  • tutor training
  • peer tutor programming open to all grades


Women in Tech

Free introductory courses in data science and web development that teach Python, SQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Includes possibility of scholarships to pursue further studies in data science and web development, which will enable them to launch careers in tech.


Insurance Career Pathways Program

Paid summer internships for women who want to work at either Zurich, Canada, or Marsh Canada. Learn foundational industry knowledge in insurance and soft skills training to prepare for careers in the corporate and financial sectors
