Unless an in-person, written or telephone hearing has been directed by the Board, all Board hearings, including those previously scheduled, will be conducted by video conference

Independent, adjudicative tribunal

• resolves labour and employment disputes between employers, employees and trade unions
• handles applications specified by the Labour Relations Act, including those concerning certification and decertification of trade unions, unfair labour practices, and illegal strikes or lockouts
• also deals with applications concerning unlawful reprisals for exercising rights under the Occupational Health and Safety Act

Application packages, including forms, are available on the website or may be requested by telephone

All Board applications, forms and other submissions must be made electronically and filed through the Board's e-filing process -- transmission by regular email, courier, fax or hand delivery will not be accepted

Form A-108 should not be used to file other forms, which can already be e-filed on their own

E-filing also applies to correspondence and submissions filed with respect to matters currently before the Board
