| Description (Service) | Online mental health and substance use support, including resources, tools, apps and connections to trained volunteers and qualified mental health professionals; confidential modules for addressing low mood, worry, substance use, social isolation and relationship issues Immediate crisis support available:
Includes access to self-assessment tool and tracker that monitors mood and mental well-being; connects to WTC portal MindWell for Healthcare Workers 4 weekly lesson modules to increase resilience and well-being; contact for session schedule; registration required Togetherall Online mental health wellness resource includes peer support community and self-help courses on topics such as anxiety, sleep, weight management, depression, isolation and loneliness; access to licensed and registered mental health practitioners
