Description and Service Details

Description (Service) Provincial remedial measures program for impaired drivers, may take up to 11 months to complete
  • assessment, education workshops, treatment workshops
  • follow-up interview at 6 months
  • program locations vary
  • completion of program is mandatory before driver's licence can be reinstated

Eligibility Individuals who have been convicted of impaired driving, or who have committed any combination of provincial impaired driving offences in the past 10 years

Registration form available online, participants must register 7 days after receiving conviction and pay full registration fee before commencing program
Languages French - website ; Access to trained interpreters available for French and other languages
Fees Registration fee -- $634 convicted impaired drivers or $294 roadside suspension
