Description (Service)	Substance Use Service assessment and treatment of substance use issues and concurrent mental health needs harm reduction education and supplies including overdose prevention brief individual counselling; group counselling/support management of acute withdrawal from alcohol and opioids medication assisted treatment referral to longer-term treatment Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic -- addiction assessment and care for people without connections to other addiction treatment; drop in or Digital Front Door for those who cannot access services in-person
