Description (Service)	Pre-apprenticeship construction program 16-week paid training on-site and in-class to prepare for careers in construction trades in-class training: includes trades math, development of industry relevant skills, safety training, and the groundwork for developing technical proficiency on-site training: includes hands on training, experience-building and mentorship wrap-around support such as one-on-one mental health counseling and career and financial coaching
