Description (Service)	Advocates for assisted dying rules that respect the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, improving quality of dying, and protecting end-of-life rights personal support to adults suffering from grievous and irremediable medical conditions, who wish to die on their own terms education on legal end-of-life options, including the constitutional right to medical assistance in dying (MAiD), and the importance of advance care planning supports healthcare practitioners who assess for and provide MAiD online resources hub including Patient Rights Guide, National Support Directory Advance Care Planning Toolkit for communicating end-of-life wishes
