Description and Service Details
| Description (Service) | Offers residential program in apartment-style units with early intervention for youth aged 16-21 years, experiencing or at imminent risk of homelessness. Youth must be willing to participate in education or employment while completing the program, with the goal of living independently.

| Eligibility | Open to all youth in Hamilton, Halton and surrounding area, ages 16 to 21 who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless. Must be willing to attend school or work, must have a source of income or be eligible for OW or ODSP, and be willing to participate in the program. |
