| Description (Service) | Serves children and adults with neurological, developmental, or multiple disabilities by facilitating the communication of individuals who are not able to write due to a long-term physical disability or whose speech does not meet all of their communication needs. Offers assessment, treatment, and consultation services. |

| Eligibility | Clients must live in the Hamilton-Wentworth region and surrounding areas, have a valid Ontario Health Card number, and have a physical disability. |
| Application | Anyone can make a referral, but a physician's signature is required to confirm the client's diagnosis. Referral form is available online, or call to request hard copy. |
